Nick Bush – Director of Business Services

Qualifications: Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (ACMA)
Experience and Specialisms: Nick has over 35 years financial experience having worked in many corporate finance departments, including Safeway, Glaxo and Aquascutum. He spent 10 years working for Tibbett & Britten Group, one of the UK’s largest logistics providers in a number of senior roles, including Finance Director of a Joint Venture with IBM. In 2000 Nick joined Cox Costello & Horne and heads up the management accounting and outsourcing department. The department has grown significantly and continues to provide valuable support to their clients.
Outside work: Nick is married with two grown up children. He helps his wife run her own children’s nursery and is a member of Grimsdyke Golf Club.
Sharon Baker

Experience and Specialisms: Sharon has been working at Cox Costello & Horne since March 2007 in the Management Accounts department.
Outside work: Sharon is a mother to her young daughter who takes up most of her time outside of work.
Katherine Boyce

Qualifications: BA (Hons)
Experience and Specialisms: Kat has been working at Cox Costello & Horne since September 2008 after graduating from University. She has no previous experience in accountancy and does whatever she is told to do, learning a great deal from the various roles she undertakes.
Outside work: Kat is currently training to be a singer and sings with the BBC Symphony Chorus. In her spare time she enjoys socialising with friends.
Lorraine Jones

Qualifications: Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT)
Experience and Specialisms: Lorraine has worked for Cox Costello & Horne since July 2005. Lorraine leads the Management Accounts Team inspiring her colleagues to provide the best possible service for clients.
Outside work: Lorraine is a live music and theatre enthusiast who also enjoys a leisurely game of golf.
Siya Kharbanda

Qualifications: BSc (Hons) Economics and Business Finance
Experience & Specialisms: Siya gained some experience in finance and accounts whilst working for an out-of-school Maths and English tutoring service. She has been working at Cox Costello & Horne since September 2010 and is currently studying for the ACCA accounting qualification.
Outside work: Siya enjoys eating at nice restaurants, shopping and cooking.
Tony Pickering

Qualifications: 10 GCSEs and 2 AS levels
Experience & Specialisms: Tony has been working at Cox Costello & Horne since September 2010, assisting in accounts production and gaining experience with accounting software such as Sage. He is looking to gain the AAT accounting qualification in the coming year.
Outside work: Tony enjoys spending time with family and friends and the occasional game of rugby.
Melzina Naidoo

Qualifications: Accounting & Finance BA (Hons) and Trainee Certified Chartered Accountant (ACCA)
Experience and Specialisms: Melzina has been working at Cox Costello & Horne since October 2007 in the Management Accounts Department. Before this she worked in the accounts department at a North London hospital and a London based Consulting Company.
Outside work: Melzina enjoys spending time with her friends, swimming and going to concerts.
Jayne Pickering

Qualifications: Member of Institute of Certified Bookkeepers (ICB)
Experience and Specialisms: Jayne has been working at Cox Costello & Horne since January 1999. She has had many roles within the company but is currently bookkeeping for several companies.
Outside Work: Jayne recently joined Capital Connection Ladies Barbershop Chorus.
Nadine Michelle Miles

Experience and Specialisms: Nadine works within the Management Accounts team assisting with general accounts and book keeping.
Outside work: Keeps busy reading and listening to a variety of music; walking, meeting new people and various activities with her family.
Denise Cox

It is with great sadness that we must report that Denise passed away on 9 February 2011 following a long battle with cancer. Denise had been with the company since it started and was known to all for her infectious sense of fun and good humour. She leaves behind two children and our thoughts and prayers go out to them. She will be missed by all of us.
